BackorderZone.com - Anyone Used Them?

I came across this website when they caught a domain I'd backordered at SnapNames, NameJet and Pool.

The site is quite poorly written, for example:

We need you to know that you opinions matter to us. We'd like to hear from you.

Terms & Privacy

We would like for you to follow our terms of use page.

etc.

I'd quite like to give them a try, but don't want to give them my personal and/or credit card details without first knowing they are 100% trustworthy.

Anyone had any experience with them? Please share here.

I came across this website when they caught a domain I'd backordered at SnapNames, NameJet and Pool.

I discovered them in same way.
So far, out of 24 backorders with them, they catch 2 domains, and I won 1 in the auction.
They made domain transfer on next day.
So far - can give only positive feedback about their service.
