Hi

Are their parking services available that allow some portion of the parked page to be updated by the owner. So that the parked pages have some variant content related to the parking theme; maybe a blog, or topically related article, or anything else the owner might think would give the page some extra outside interest.

Yes they do and highly customizable. Payouts are excellent too for financial domains.

Yes they do too, but they're more of Mini-Site generator than a parking page but a great way to use the CJ feeds.
Also they can let you use Ebay.
There is a bit of a learning curve to build a site, and if you're a little lazy they can do it for you for $5.
