Most companies use the revenue from their upstream ad provider, but hits, searches, and clicks based on their own numbers. This is done for many reasons.

But based on how the hits, searches, and clicks are counted, especially clicks the number can be different.

Donny

thank you Donny.

still that doesn't feel well.

of course you use the actual income
which comes from the monetization party

here is what I understand:

for tracking
you use your inhouse system

vistors/views/clicks
are tracked inhouse

income value is supplied by 3rd party

now the issue is:
was the visitor a human or a robot?

views and clicks can be robotic
but I would think google knows best
which is what

so if google pays
I tent to think it wasn't a robotic click

your inhouse system thinks differently
so the clicks are not counted
but paid

did I get to correctly?

Donny just repeated all I said a few days ago... )

May be the opposite scenario as well...
When clicks are counted (inhouse) but NOT paid by Google...
I see tens unpaid clicks weekly...

parking company are not really transparent to us domainers
we send them traffic
that's more or less or all we can do

I feel this is unsatisfying

at least I want to understand it as much as possible

I don't say they are doing so
but when I would own a parking network
I had a really hard time not to be tempted
to cut the income of my fellow domainers
in the unlikely scenario that I would need money

so whenever a situation occurs
that I feel is more or less not so much self explaining

I tend to think if they again need some extra money
to buy themself a new toothbrush or so

I would prefer to send all my parking traffic to a transparent network
even if the income would be lower

the parking companies deserve payment for their hard work
I just hard a hard time to understand what they are doing

template are the same for ages
incomes is low and lower
for me it doesn't look like work
what they are doing

"work" meaning they work to get the most out of the traffic to pay their customers:
the domainers

oops
no google is their customer

no wait
we are their customers
but they have to pay the customers
that tends to get confusing....

They are absolutely transparent.
When you ask them directly - they always answer...
And such threads are not mandatory at all.

maybe in your country "transparent" means something different then to me

Then don't park your domains if you don't like the parking companies...
Monetize via another methods...
The only one solution here.

And my country has no any relation to your own problems.

transparent to me means for example:

what percentage of income paid to them do they share to the domain owners
is it that percentage differently
when they are paid by google or by direct advertisers?

This percentage at Bodis/PC should be 80-90%...
Significantly lower at Sedo, I guess - not even 50%.

thanks for the information

as far as I know they are not allowed to publish that information
due to their contract with google

at least that's what one of the networks told me privately

but still its what I call "in-transparent"

you don't know it
it's not cristal clear
and most of all it's not guarantied

it's up to them to change it anytime
as that not part of the contract with their customers the domainers

so they can't be blamed
for paying lower

just 1 example
of in-transparency and why it's bad for domainers

@ParkingCrew today I don't complain
but in order to make money online
it's always good to understand why stuff worked
so you can try to scale it

a domain with mainly german traffic
direct advertisers disabled

a misspelling actually

not banned by go gl

how do they get $4.55 USD
with no clicks?

upload_2018-9-21_11-54-13.png

how do they manage to get those 0.04 and 0.03 cent clicks ??

as far as i know, there is paid per click and paid per impression
and sometimes some stupid advertiser were clicking the wrong option such as pay per impression, and it would be resulted in your case....
