For example: 3 clicks and $0.00 revenue.

Frank, from what I understand Jurgen says is that revenue is being paid as a whole for the sum of the account's domains. It's the parking services that take that revenue and distribute it depending upon the behaviour of the domains in one's account.
...at least that's what I understand. @Jurgen Wolf Please correct me where I'm wrong.

when it randomly not validates clicks as clicks?

There are many various bots, proxies, VPNs and even clickers...
So invalid clicks are usually filtered... and not all clicks can be even recognized.
