Parking Domains - What to Do?!

Being relatively new to domains, I am in a dilemma.

At the moment I have a domain portfolio which I park at SEDO so that I do not pay commission on any offers, however, my PPC is awful. Therefore, as a test I have moved roughly half of my domains to namedrive to see what happens.

Ideally, I would like to put premade minisites on my websites (with google advertisments, etc.) - does anyone know if these are available anywhere? On this point though, would anyone know the best hosting option for many small sites (with not too much traffic)?

I've probably just been rambling, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's just the ticket for some domains and has worked nicely for some of mine. (Note - It's a loooooong thread so make sure you set aside some time to read it.)
