Parked Vs Not Parked domains

I have some domains listed for sale at sedo and afternic. However they are not parked at either of those places,

I was wondering if there were any advantages of parking the domain apart from the CPC $$ earned. Does parking a domain help you get a sale??

So does a parked page get more exposure/offers than one that is not parked. I wanted to see what you guys thought of it.

I think it is better to park if not using the domain as some places have a referral program where if the buyer of your domain comes through your parked page you will get a referral fee on your own sale knocking down the commision charged.
Another point is if the buyer found your domain from the company you have it parked at they will feel safer to make an offer when the offer page is provided through sedo, afternic etc... and provides escrow as well.You will also make a percentage on clicks so I think if not using the domain park it.

well if it is parked it is 10%

i think if it is not parked then it is alot more (not sure the exact number, since i sold only one domain via SEDO and never sold one which was unaparked)
