I would appreciate it if any of you can tell me whether only those who have a company can be customers of parked. I am asking this question because on their application form there is a required field for the company name.

Not necessary. I have referred two people in the past with no company.

I didn't get rid of 1500 domains overnight, no. But that's the end goal. I'll develop a few, but it's increasingly hard to find something that will scale over that many domains and at least cover the reg fees.

I know I've started to trim the fat. Upon renewal I am trimming five to 10 percent. I have always had pretty strict standards on what I have bought....but there have been moments I just did not use my head and bought marginal domains. Other times I bought just as a test to check out certain types of domains and what they can do. Anyhow.....they got to go.

There is a saying in the military, "You don't reinforce failure in the battlefield", meaning you don't send another 10,000 men to the same battle where you just got your ass whipped. Same is true with domains.....if it can't make its reg fee in a year, if you can't sell it easily, and if it just does not make sense.....why would you spend (reinforce failure) with more of your cash. That cash can be used elsewhere. Sometimes it is just better to call a spade a spade.

It's better to buy one great domain than 100 marginal domains. The truth in that rings more true the worse the economy gets.
