Looks like the bots are hitting some select domains again. Anyone else seeing the big traffic runs on obscure domains today here at this early hour?

It's a good thing Parked always seems to have this under control. It could be nightmarish if good systems are not in place, as Parked apparently has deployed already.

First it was TQ for publishers, now it looks like with the new bids coming down the pipeline at Yahoo that now advertisers will be held accountable (based on bid price) for the quality of the ads they present. Also, minimum bid for Adult supposedly will be dropping from .10 cents to .05 cents. I guess we will be seeing things in a flux most of 2008 based on the quote below. 2008 is going to be a roller coaster, unfortunately - but maybe this is for the best long-term :

“Previously, the minimum bid for any keyword in our system was $0.10. With this change, the minimum bid required to participate in a keyword market can be higher or lower than $0.10. The amount set as your minimum bid on a keyword can vary depending on multiple factors, such as the relevance of your keywords (as measured by the quality of the ads associated with them in an ad group), and the number of bidders and their bid amounts in the particular keyword market. It will not be based on advertiser conversions.”"

Donny - are there any plans for bulk editing capability in the future? Obviously I don't want to edit all domains exactly the same, but I have lots of bunches of domains that have *some* common elements, and it would be *so* much easier to do them in a spreadsheet and just upload it... <hint hint hint hint>

I've only got about 350 or so domains in my account at Parked, and it takes me the better part of an evening to do 50; how do people with hundreds or thousands do it?

I submittted to parked today, but i did not receive any confirmaion email saying i did so. now i am wondering if i sent my personal info to a phish site.
i cant log in, but thats probably because the account isnt set up yet.
problem is.....i cant confirm one way or another if i am working with parked.
is this the way it always is? am i freaking for no reason?

Just for the record they are not allowing arb across the board.

The whole issue has always been with Ask, Yahoo or Google.

This new focus is for domains in their system under new upstream providers Bodis now has a contract with, and these are from other countries as well, so thats not the same as doing arb with Google, Ask or Yahoo, who have strict policies against it.

So for most names, no arb. Names that you park with them going to these other providers who allow arb will be allowed.

Is parked getting any of these new upstream providers who can allow arb?

Donny, I believe you mentioned that parked.com now allows users the option of choosing between retaining custom content on the main landing page or having it copy the same content to the results page. I am unable to find this option. My custom content still copies over to the results page (2 click lander). Is there any way that I can have my custom content appear only on the main lander?
