The problem was all the talking in the fourm about it, it got too many inexperienced people regging arbi only names and making a mess of it that yahoo could not ignore. imo
a 5 page thread with discussions about PPC traffic has most likely nothing to do with this.
If Yahoo and subsequently Google prefer to loose hundreds of millions in ad/arbitrage revenue, i have to question their intelligence. Welcome to the world of free trade.

I'm surprised that this is obviously just accepted "as-is" without any resistance.

Donny?

why adsense dosent like it on whypark?

here is what I think

yahoo will soon realize that 50% of there revenue dissapears overnight on the 14th. May take a few weeks or a couple months but I believe they will allow it back.

Google.com is going to have a rude awakening as well becuase my bet is 50% of there ads are for arbi.

MSn has a ton to but would be the least exposedin my opinion but will still feel the effect

here is the thing one of the rumors of yahoo/msn deal was yahoo partnering with google to stave off a takeover could this be part of the deal? I doubt it. yahoo wont be doing anything for MSN after dumping the bid from MSN but why would they cut out cash flow when someone is trying to take them over and they dont want it to happen? Dumbfounding

What does this mean:

"...traffic directed from hyperlinks are not permitted"

Does this mean paid links, links that are misleading, etc.? Or all links on all sites?

For example, in the past I've used article marketing with my parked page as the link in the bio box. My rep told me this was OK (at the time). Is it still OK?

guess this puts a premium on type in names

also guess parked.com wont be spending as much at the traffic auction

Other than reg arbritrage style traffic I'd say PM Donny giving specifics on origins of traffic and get the 100% ok or not from him. That's my intent

Donny if ya get a TON of PM's I will take blame :hehe:

NO ARBRITRAGE means just that.

Content, no content.

Agreed. Whatever way you look at it, Google's Business Plan has won and even if Microsoft buys Yahoo and forms Microhoo they will follow Google's model. Google are just too powerfull!

Like the Italians say "Finito la Musica" A lot of good plans have gone down the drain!

Here lies Arbitrage. R.I.P. :'(

GIL :)

I'm curious about this too. Some of my best domains have existing backlinks. Does this mean that I won't get credit for traffic from these links?
