Tony - I have seen people who average 50 clicks a day get a TQ score and people who have 150 clicks a day who don't. 100 clicks a day is just an average that I have seen.

Varon - No TQ, means I don't have an exact answer. I've asked and tested many theories, but overall it doesn't look like there is much if any discount.

X - Ask is not a second tier lower paying tier. Ask itself is still a top tier provider just one the bottom of the list. But an Ask feed is a combination of Ask and Google at the same time. Outside of the US it's purely a Google feed. So it pays very well.

madman12 - Only paying clicks affect TQ scores. Bot traffic will not.

stub - There is no easy way for me to show you what a domain looks like from another country unless you use a proxy server. Technically every domain parked with us has about 200+ different variations because we have different landers in each country based on what are the best terms to show in each place. Just find a proxy or potentially if you are in google or yahoo search engines, just use their cache.

Avo19 - There are a few additional countries that are not on the list that Yahoo accepts as well, but Canada, US, and Mexico are combined into the same group.

I think that answers everybody this morning. :)

Donny

what is a successful arbitrage? If you spend $x and get $x, for example, if you spend $1 and get $5.

i'm new to arbitraging

I think everything that makes a profit. If you spend 5Cent and get back 6Cent its worth enough when you get some clicks. In my Opinion...

What is the best way to optimize XXXX.com domains?

4 char domains

Honestly those aren't the types of domains that are useful for arbitrage. You need your keyword phrase in the domain name for maximum revenue.

aside from arbitrage, LLLL domains i can optimize them in parked.com, but which category, or keyword?

Maybe try looking the Letters up on some of the Search Engines and see what you get the most results for......

Haven't been able to sign into Parked this morning.

Hisoc8y, the most important thing I think is the Keywordpart in parked. Edit the domain and type in the keywords that match your domain or even the keywords you want. Then the Domain will show things for this keywords...

I heard xxx-Domains arent so good for parking. Because Yahoo mostly dont serve ads for them and so there are ask-Ads...

Dont know if true but Domains from me which had alcoholic drinks dont get ads from yahoo... I think same for xxx...

i didnt mean xxx, i mean LLLL (my bad)...4 char

but thanks Sebastian

its sometimes weird, i see total clicks for example 6, and after 15 minutes, i see 44...on 1 domain all those clicks...

does this happen to anyone?

I really have no 4-char-domains but this happens probably because of people that type in this chars for some reason (failure?). When you dont drive traffic to them. I understood your wondering this way...

Maybe I should try too to get some of that domains for testing that. Because this traffic does cost nothing...

Greetings!

Q: Who seve feed to India traffic: yahoo or ask?

Has anyone noticed any way to get 1 click landers? Im under the impression that Yahoo makes that decision, but is there any pattern to this? With my limited traffic, 1 click landers seem to do well, but just about every domain I have with parked is on a 2 click lander.....any suggestions?

you can't switch a 1 click to 2 click..some domains with pure keywords like antispyware.com has 1 click...

Donny said once in this thread that in his stats 2-click-landers has a lower ctr but higher rpc. at the End Revenue 2-click-Landers are bringing more money than 1-click-Landers.

Did he state somewhere in this thread...

Greetings!

I also read on this thread that you can ask your account manager to change a 1 click to a 2 clicker , but not the other way round.

1 clickers, like vigibdeli says are dependent on the domain names and on what Yahoo decides. Thereยดs been cases of Yahoo changing 1 click landers to 2 click landers or vice-versa depending on traffic.

Is it related to pure keywords? I understand that in some cases 2 click landers are more profitable, however my initial research, shows that my 1 click landers are out performing my 2 click landers....

It's related to the domain name. Yahoo determines what your keyword phrase should be by default from your domain name, and then decides if there is enough advertising to justify a 1click from that phrase. Changing the keyword phrase in parked won't change it, once Yahoo has decided then you are stuck.

However, I have had a 1click change to a 2click spontaneously.

Yes I'm sure it's related to the domain name with pure keywords. Donny says that he has more success with 2 clickers, but I've read posts of many peaple prefering 1 clickers.

Perhaps one way to find out is to change a 1 click domain to a 2 clicker, test it for several weeks and see the results. And even this test could never be totally accurate because you would be using diferent time periods, where some months might have better traffic than others etc.

Thats what I figured..... Now im trying to determine how I would go about finding domain names that would justify a 1 click lander.
