i hear parked will suspend account if we have 1-3 traffic quality score for 1 month
I agree with you that we should get a little more guidance and at what point on the TQ table should we start to worry and start taking serious action.packrat said:If your quality score is around 3-4 then you should talk to your account
manager. He/she will give you help on how to bring it up.
Actually that would make a good topic of discussion if we can get
some input from Donny. What steps can we take to make sure we
are achieving the best QS possible...
If anyone at all has some knowledge of this please share.
I personally am thinking that traffic from outside US or Canada may
hurt one's QS.
My account rep says there's nothing he can help with in relation to my TQ. I just go with the obvious & restrict traffic to only US/Ca & UKpackrat said:If your quality score is around 3-4 then you should talk to your account

like the stats had been finalized even though the * was still there. Confirmed final
numbers in portfolio view. Then they changed again - took a bigger drop for me.
The darned * is still there - does this mean they could change again??

I know if I was up 20% I wouldn't be here saying I'm up 20%. Sure there are some fluctuations in the estimates, we are working to address that, but some of it is because of how late Ask has been lately when finalizing stats.
Somebody the other day said this problem started on 1/4, I compared 1/3 to 1/28 yesterday and I had some interesting numbers. Overall RPC was up 1 cent. Overall clicks are up 5%. Overall Revenue was up 8%. Sure we do have more customers now than before, so maybe the revenue is just being spread thinner. But the overall RPC was higher than before.
When you really look at some of the accounts and compare them across different periods, not much has changed in most cases. The biggest thing is the estimates which we are hoping that we can make a little more accurate than they have been in the past.
Donny
