Hello,

What do you guys think is the best way to monetize a good old pr domain?

1) PARK IT

2) SELL LINKS

3) Create a Made For Adsense type site on it and earn from adsense and affiliate programs.

Please share your opinions.

IMO, if you see encouraging traffic trends, why not develop it? Parking will not get you repeat visitors. Try to host your site with content and place ads, text links and even affiliate links. That would make you good money and even returning visitors.
