domain Parent1.com for $500

I put this out a few days ago about a guy that wants to by my domain of parent1.com. Well, now he wants to offer $500. I like this offer but should I ask for more like $800.

I also have a saying "If You Get Greedy, You End Up Needy"

So, I'm leaning towards this offer but what do you think?

Take it. That type of domain is really going to appeal only to an end user who isn't likely to come along that often on a domain like that. The offer is more than fair.

I can only echo Brad's sentiments. $500 is more than fair, for a name like this.
