Ok it may be a joke but i recieved a email last week from a guy intrested in my .com, we have been chatting for a week now and he has made a offer of $5000 USD. He wants a Appraise Certificate and proof i own the name. Please can i have a appraisel from you guys and also the best place to get a appraisel cert, from.

It's not worth $5000.00 that's for sure. :(

I would Low XXX at best undeveloped.

Develop it and sell it for more.

This MIGHT be one of those well known scams where they make you get the appraisal from a place they recommend and thus get money for it.

Tell him you will get it appraised and see if he recommends somewhere.

he he.. wherever u suggest he'll ask u to get appraisal from allfordomains.com or a similar site. I firmly believe that this scammer is a member at all these domain name forums & goes through all these threads; hence revising his "methods" periodically a little.

As already stated ... Anyone "Requiring" a certified appraisal from their suggested sites they trust - Is generally trying to scam you

Reg Fees at best IMO -
