Hi everyone,
I am a long-time webmaster and digital content creator (based in Malaysia - born in Belgium). As I prepare for retirement, I am looking to simplify my digital obligations. My goal is to reduce my portfolio to a small, focused core of about 5 websites and divest from the rest of my legacy holdings.
Most of these domains have been sitting dormant or redirected for several years, so they have minimal current traffic. I am looking for an honest appraisal based on their Exact Match Domain (EMD) value and the search volume of the keywords themselves.

Thank you and warm regards!

1. pannenkoekenrecept.com
- Context: Dutch "Pancake Recipe." This is a category-killer EMD for the BeNeLux market (200k+ monthly searches).
- Note: I am likely keeping this to enjoy a simple/fun site, but I’m curious about its professional valuation.
- Context: Exact medical term with high CPC potential.
- Note: This domain currently hosts an archive of community-driven palliative care content from 2007-2010. While the content is legacy, the domain has a long, clean history and was once a space for families. I am looking for a valuation for the domain as an authority asset.
- Context: Scientific name for the mosquito. Global search volume of 35k+.
- Context: Dutch for "Appetizers." High seasonal spikes (up to 150k searches) during the holidays.
- Context: Dutch for "Broccoli Soup." Clean, exact-match recipe term.
- Context: Expiring in 7 days. This domain has residual "grey-niche" traffic (celebrity/adult-related) from its previous history. Frankly, this niche is outside of my personal focus and not a direction I wish to pursue, so I am on the fence about renewing it. Is there any baseline value for the traffic/name, or should I simply let it drop?
Thank you and warm regards!
