The price is probably about right, though if it was "brokered" it is a pretty lazy way of going about it. Very few low end sales going through but I think the minimum is now low $3000's based on the last GD sale.

Yeah the price seems fair and my initial thoughts were exactly what you mention Snoop. A large portion of the domain market seems to have taken another big hit in December looking at some of the GreatDomains/Sedo results...
