I don't think it is luck. HeartSurgeon.com is a very generic name with a lot of end user potential -> high value.

I would appraise your domain as reg fee -> low value.

I have gotten alot of different opinons on my domain..some good...some bad...

I have been told a value of X,XXX and a value of XX

I guess it really depends on who stumbles on it, and luck.. I mean some of these L-L-L.com's sell for so much, and im like "who the **** wants to type in www.L-L-L.com

Anyways, all i can do is hope! but lucky guy who has heart surgeon.com....hopefully he gets a little more and breaks the XX,XXX mark!
