Ok, the situation is that I sold a traffic domain a few months ago and the buyer would like to transfer the domain from Godaddy to Namecheap. So I said no problem and helped him change the url forwarding to his account before proceeding with the transfer. I accepted the first transfer but he emailed me saying his namecheap told him the transfer failed..so I did this once, twice, thrice and so forth. Every single transfer, I accepted yet it is rejected. I called Godaddy and they said they did not do anything to stop the transfer, it has to be the problem with Namecheap. So I emailed the buyer about the problem and told him to give me his Godaddy info instead so I can free push the domain to his account. He will have to settle this problem himself since I already assisted the domain push for months. He did not reply my email and did not provide me any Godaddy info to push the domain. So I waited and waited, yet no emails. Should I simply open an account and push the domain there and give him an email about it? But I am afraid when the domain expire and he didn't know, he will say it is my responsibility...

Shrugs,
Flora.

time is valuable too, so charge hiom if he wants

I had the same thoughts. But I wonder why namecheap wouldn't accept it.

I Say Make the account, push it and email the details to it keeping the Messege you sent to him with timestam in ur sent files ( or better yet use Regular Post) GIve him account details, express your anger towards what he did (after you give account details) and leve it at that, this way if he troubles you, you have proof of your side of the deal being complete!

Good Luck
