Overture question

Mods feel free to move this if this is in the wrong place..

I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possibly to boost overture numbers. I'm currently looking at a domain with VERY high ovt numbers for the word and also the word.com, but there aren't many links to the site to be found at all.

I guess my question is if say, you entered http://www.overture.com/d/search/?type=home&mkt=us&Keywords=food for an example, into a program with proxies which visited that url so many times would that boost those numbers? Thanks for your inputs.

It is possible to boost the OVerture numbers, but I wont confirm (or not confirm) any of the methods here..

there must be a way to do it but I have never seen or heard of a program that does it.
