WordTracker vs Overture numbers

Which is more important in evaluating a potential domain purchase, Wordtracker or Overture? Why are the numbers often so disparate?

I'm currently looking at a domain w/o ext that has 2.7 million Google, 3700/day OVT, and 29,210 WT... what are your opinions?

BTW: when you type in the domain name or keyworsd do you put them in quotes, or just "straight-up"?

I don't think it matters in OVT or WT... someone correct me if I'm wrong..
