I am going to order server with ThePlanet. I want to know how this company reviews and support is.

I tried to chat them but they are always offline. I emailed 6 mails to them for the past 12 hours still I did not get a reply.Is their support is good. How will be their service will be.

It sounds like you are already having doubts about the yourself. Follow your instincts. Lots of times big companies do not treat all of their customers the same. Maybe they feel you are not worth their efforts. You have to ask yourself,is this the kind of company that you want to work with?

I like to treat all of my clients the same, regardless of the size of the account. Maybe its time to try someone new.
