domain Opportunity - Should I or shouldn't I

I have an opportunity to register a name with the following estibot stats either in a .info or .us. Estibot estimates the .com value for this domain to be $770. I think it a somewhat common 2 word phrase. Should I or Shouldn't reg. It involves the term "cars". I would have thought with these type of rankings the value would have been higher.

Personally I wouldn't (although free appraisal systems can't exactly be the gospel). Why not see the value in .info and see what it is? It isn't possible to appraise a domain solely on links, etc. because brandability and the size of the markey plays a huge part in the value of a name.
