The community of novel user is small but have a little potential. Overall design is nice and simple.

You may want to add a title to the page as it comes up Untitled Document.

Nice concept, overall design is simple but good enough for the site's concept. The menu bar is too small, if you could increase it's size a little bit to make it more user friendly.

It's not bad but it seems quite plain. I would recommend working on the banner and making the navbar a bit bigger. Also, I would recommend adding some pictures to your site to spice it up.
