A nice simple layout with good colors. You might want to do something to make the search box standout a bit more.

First make a margin on top. Also, make the top nav and bottom nav identical. The color scheme is good, but not fluent enough.

Make the search box stand out more, and make the SECOND SEARCH logo a little bigger. I would use the yellow bright color in your link-fonts (or will you change this one later on?, in that case, use a strong contrast color (the same yellow works good)

Nice design you need to make important areas to stand out more than the design if you get me but not bad design.
