Have you considered reporting the sales to DNJ directly?

Whenever we have submitted a sale, with proof, to DNJ, it has been published, irrespective of the extension, am sure this holds true for all others as well.

The only people who could have issues getting a 'sale' listed are probably those that can't authenticate the transaction, for whatever reason.

Ron Jackson is a class act and has done more for the cause of promoting domain investing than a lot of us combined, think this could have been approached a lot more tactfully.

Just my 0.02
I reported the sale of a TV for $2500 via Escrow. Response requested info to authenticate transaction which I then provided. Next response was a Thank you. In the end sale not reported. I sent another inquiry to see if it would be posted and received no response.

Although the sale was not large, my conclusion is it is a waste of time to report sales to DNJ. Feel free to list the pros and cons if you like.

Though snarky I agree w/ The Fonz's post.

I see little to zero value in it for the normal domainer. It doesn't even work as a source of comparable sales.

The only thing it has done is force more people to use "NDA" as a descriptive term for their "sales" to explain why they don't appear.

It is just passing reference that covers a portion of sales. Very rarely do you see "private" sales which would be the differentiator of DNJ. I don't believe that the report of sales has any impact on sales values across the board at all.

Everything in a name sale is unique - there are no like to like so it's all just for amusement, isn't it?
