I wanted to ask would it be fine if I develop this domain into a book sellling site(Harry Potter) books or with links pointing to Amazon.com?

It might C&D... but if it doesn't I would contact Amazon and other book sellers. Odds are the site won't become that big but who knows?

Surely you can't seriously believe Amazon or any company would purchase a TM-infringing domain name.
