Online store

Hi, I want to start an online store. I have no Idea where to start. I have used godaddy but they do not seem to be very high quality. What would you guys recomend for hosting and setting something like this up. are there store templates that I can use? If so how do I put them on the site? I am a newbie and just have no idea. If anyone can give me some good ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

I would wait and learn more about this before you start. You have many options for selling things online from paying for a system that has a store and products all set up, to getting a free program and doing everything yourself.

Setting up a store is easy. Getting customers and sellling things is hard. To be successful you need to not only learn as much as you can about getting a store and offering products, but also about web marketing. The marketing is where most online stores fail or because they don't have a business plan.

Of course if you have time and money, you may enjoy the process of learning how it all works from your own sucesses and failures. There is nothing wrong with that. But it may be better to learn from others so you can avoid as many mistakes as possible.
