What are your thoughts on .online domains?
It's very generic and not as ugly as .xyz for example, so that's a plus - but perhaps a little too long to have any success...
Plus most good names are either unavailable or premium...

.US domains.US domains
^ And more. It can feature anything and everything happening in and around Aspen. If one has the development skills, time and knowledge of the city, it could be a really great project. This applies to all geo+online names. Perfect fit

Single word .online sales are only mentioned in the public available aftermarket sales.
Hope we'll hear 2 word .online sales soon.

I know but Forex.online was reserved by the registry, and is not available for registration.

They'll price that at something stupid.

.online has great potential. I love how it sounds. Sounds like quality, professional extension. Certainly one of the best ngtlds available. If .online had been available I bet we would have had America.online instead of Americaonline.com.

Anybody here cash parking their .onlines domains? I can't believe that all my LLL.online are getting more cash park revenue than another of my other extensions by a long shot. As for impressions, my lll.mobi are first, then lll.online, but still to beat out .com, net, org, info and other extensions on a daily basis, I'm impressed. It's not huge, but getting $0.25 to $1.50 per .online, they start to pay for themselves with these low cost reg prices.

This will probably be considered a bargain in a few years.........

Although .online is not a short TLD it has the big advantage that it always sounds 'latest, currently, available' and this is a big plus to generate attention.

Something i find is that when scratching around for a good hand reg when the xyz and top is gone mostly the online will be available. If the "online" has gone there is always "cloud" i guess which i think has promise and good ones are still available.

I really think .online should be the kings/queens of the new Tlds. I'm still confident it will be growing in value considerably. Many experienced Domainers seem to the agree, some may not be totally convinced just yet but be careful cos there are also many who claim to know a lot and are always saying negative things about new TLD's because are constantly pushing the .com agenda and in many cases it's because they are terrified that some of the good new TLD's like .online might actually be worth a lot in the near future.

One a side note. For all my fellow .online fans - I have included two KILLER .online domains as bonuses in my website sale mentioned in my signature. Just one of these domains is probably worth double the price of what I'm asking for everything.

The domains that are being given away as bonuses are:
forextrader.online and forexsignals.online - Refer to my signature for more info

I am still testing the market with .online right now. I've pushed a few domains to auction at flippa but saddly no action besides a few watchers. Has anybody had any success so far besides those few reported sales on namebio?

I have used flippa for many domains but I personally don't believe that .Online will work on that auction platform yet.

I just got my Sedo account started back up and will be posting some on there in the next couple days. I will report sales or interest that they get.

@deez007
As far as people bashing new gtlds...for me it has to do with their renewal pricing, and how they were rolled out. They came out as an alternative to .com because the good .com's were taken, but the good new gtld domains were held back by the registry or were priced higher than the .com. Plus the renewal fees are way too high for most of them. There are still some weird things going on with the new gtld that needs to be worked out.

I really like the .online gtld but they really need to drop the renewal prices or there will be tons of drops and people will lose interest in it. You can get 3 dot coms for the renewal price of .online.

I still can't rap my head around why people list a domain on there for $1. I'm sure they are hoping for a bidding war or just getting some interest in the domain but man at least put it on at $10. Doesn't seem like it's worth the time.

There might still be some good .online avail to reg. but they are getting hard to find. I think if you find a good .online or have one already, you should hold onto it.

I dont have anything on auction, but I sold one for โ‚ฌ 600,- (Dutch word).
I had an offer of โ‚ฌ 600,- for another one (also a Dutch word) and I rejected that offer as I considered it too low.
And about a week ago I traded a .online for a 2 year membership on a online training platform, worth about โ‚ฌ 30,- a month. Registered that specific domain a week earlier for 88 cents. Everybody happy cause I got a great and quick r.o.i. on that domain and it doesnt cost the buyer a penny. And I already had my eyes on that training platform for a while.......

Godaddy, which is probably one of the crappier ones. So if I was to go with a better cash park service, might be making even more.

Can't help myself, still reggin' NC $0.88 .ONLINEs. Decided that I'll spend max $200 in total for these. Mainly because I 94.5% (yup, just calculated...) hand reg my domains, and you just can't hand reg high search volume keywords in .COM. So I'm really having a great time (domainers... WTF) reggin' my .ONLINEs.

A few of my latest .ONLINE regs:

corpus
flesh
guestbook
flowerbouquet
voluntary
