That's ridiculous. Although if he gets a buyer, i'm first on the list to say I saw his auction at sedo so I deserve MONEEE!

Tried offering $1...

You are REQUIRED to enter a bid of at least 160 USD

Maybe he/she is trying a clever little bit of marketing and would actually accept $160 (or put it to auction). Shame it's not worth that to start with (unless I'm missing something about the word yivu)

maybe he is just not in mood to sell this domain

Seller is definitely an optimist :)

Given that this is the maximum value of a signed 32 bit Integer it might be just a bug in the system.

I am not the guy who owns this domain. I do agree that the asking price is way tooooooo high. But i think in one or two years this would be a bargain for $160 as this contains 3 vowels(i,u and Y)

I always thought setting a price of more than 10K at sedo, you need to submit the name for approval. yes, no?

yivu.cn is for sale

Seller's price expectation: 2,147,483,647 EUR

The seller has listed the domain in EUR. The sum of 2147,483,647 EUR is currently equivalent to approximately 3041,910,586 USD.

Can't imagine yivu.cn = 3041,910,586 USD

Not sure why you're getting ignored, because that is EXACTLY correct. The guy entered in $160 and SEDO glitched. Great observation, +repped you.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_(computer_science)

Look at the first table on the page where bits is 32 if you don't believe him.

For a nonsense .cn?
Even that seems a tad optimistic...
