.mobi Ok another point on .mobi!

Ok .mobi people.

Lets look at 2 reasons that people will want .mobi and not .com:

1.
.mobi is specifically deigned for smaller devices therefore .mobi wouldn't have received accreditation for being the first mobile domain and be backed by Nokia,vidafone,microsoft,3,t mobile, hutchison etc

So people who missed out on xxx.com domains during the .com boom can get the same domain at .mobi, the advantage: .mobi will be specifically designed for mobiles and the same .com verison owners won't be prepared to sell them,therefore conclusion: buyers and developers will be more intereted in purchasing .mobi domains.

2.
The mobile market is way to big for .mobi to simply want to make money via domain sales and pass this unique opportunity.

The carriers(vodafone,nokia,erricson,3,t mobile) have to respond to iphone!
Iphone was good so don't be discouraged.

They can only respond to iphone if they have .***i,(guess!)
beacause majority of the phones that these companies have are way to small to handle the content web content, fact!

I rest my case

So don't be insecure, worst case: we will develop those sites and reach billions, lol,

Sorry i didnt construct properly the thread i posted,or explain why i was writing it, basically: There ha been allot of discouragment of .mobi on here and elsewhere, and people have should always make their own judgments based on common sense and market trends and information.

So basically i was trying to say that .mobi has a future, weather or not all mobile devices will use this, the larger ones: pdas may not, but thats upto .mobi(we dont know the future), but most people will and continue to have smaller screen cell phones that can only have sites accomodated by .mobi! Well at the moment no one has said they want to aid eccomerce poeple in designing websites for small screens other than .mobi, and they have set stds!

I hope i didn't confuse you too much,

However i was simply thinking and typing at the same time, lol, thats a bad habbit i have i normally record ideas that come to me when i am just sitting with the kids or watching the news and i type it on my notebook, i apologise for that.

Please keep the .mobi posts coming, we are not speculators, they will come them selves!

Hahaha! I think practicing safe MOBI is important to all of us. There was one time I didn't practice safe MOBI and I got pretty worried (I'll leave it at that).
