There are a few problems with a domain like this -

1.) Ohio is too large of an area. GEOs tend to work a lot better with more local areas, like cities.
A major city like Columbus, in Ohio would give more value to an end user.

2.) Plumbing / Plumber / Plumbers would be far superior.

3.) There are lots of alternative options available for reg fee.

The domain(s) you would really want would be something like ColumbusPlumbing.com or ColumbusPlumber.com, with ColumbusPlumbers.com being good as well.
