domain Official name of the 30k population town (*com)

Hey, I have a question. How much do you think a .com domain of an official town name is worth? I found that kind of domain of town, that is in a tourist popular country in Europe, the population is around 30k, it has some hotels, a railway station a Wikipedia page (of course) and it looks beautiful in the pictures. The name is 8 letters short and is easy to read and spell. What do you think, is it worth buying? Thank you.

Depends on location. How popular the location is to tourists etc I have a City name in China which is a .com only 1 of 2 left for sale. I will be selling it on Ename the china domain auction website next month.

What ever the location of this town you have obtained, join linkedin and facebook groups of that town and try and negotiate with tourist companies etc

Not knowing the exact location makes it really difficult to appraise.
