domain Looking for Geo Name Appraisals

Hey Everyone.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic day today. I'm looking to start searching for either a reseller of enduser on these domains but wan't to get a rough estimate on what you guys think they are worth.

Terryville.org
Population over 10k. Located in NY.
Wiki Page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terryville,_New_York

PinePlains.org
Population over 2.5k. Located in NY.
Wiki Page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pine_Plains_(town),_New_York

Let me know what you guys think these are worth to an end user and a reseller.

they are both dot ORG domains, it wold be better dot COM
im not sure but mid $xx till to low $xxx, wait for other opinions

I like their potential ... especially in the respective, regional .ORG's! :gl:

Type each in Google with the .ORG (with a space between the two) and see what comes up for relevant Geo results ... and then target each of these folks in a prompt and professional manner for approx. Low - Mid $Xxx+/- / each in an End user "Quick Sale(s)", IMHO. :talk:
