Just received THREE identical offers (low $xx,xxx) coming from my Efty landing page minutes apart, but the person never went through the Email process to verify it. I tried to contact them using their Email and bounced back.

Why would alleged buyers do that if they are interested in a name? Just because...?

Buggers mostly. You get them all the time. Some people just want to waste your time trying to get back to them..

Yes.

Spammers don’t verify

I also have another one transaction got 'stuck' at Escrow whereas the alleged buyer hasn't checked in to Escrow.com to complete the purchase. How often do these fall through?

For me the people who verified ended up being actual buyers.

The unverified offers should be looked at of course but often are spam or tire kickers.

A five figure offer at the onset is highly suspicious unless the name in question warrants more than that.

Its normal for us because we are domain buyer and seller. Always look forward...

Get these all the time. Even the ones who initiate escrow, which takes multiple clicks. Sometimes they are real emails but there are alot of dumb people and time wasters.

Never get too excited when an offer arrives, only when the money is in the bank you can celebrate.

Hey everyone. We will be working on a much deeper integration with the Escrow.com (and Payoneer Escrow) platform later this year which should prevent a lot of these deadbeat transactions.

I get these a lot, and just consider them spam. That being said, I think the submission form is part of the problem. The potential buyer does NOT know for sure they submitted the inquiry/offer -- so they do it multiple times. I think the Efty Submission Form needs to give the potential buyer feedback that they have submitted successfully -- the feedback should send them to a new page so they can't just re-submit another inquiry/offer.

Got ya. This issue will be tackled in the new integration.
