broad match "open souce shop" 10,000+ a month $6.46 CPC
Google has EM 480 per month for "open source shop" at $3 CPC.
SERP TERM "open source" 100,000,000+ results
Broad Match "open Source" 750,000+ per month @ $2.75 CPC
All thoughts would be helpful

Ok either nobody thinks it's worth anything or they just don't know.
How about I say Bin of $649 and then people can tell me if they think it's to high or to low.

I personally think it is to low, but I've never sold a .shop before. I know they are gaining popularity.
My thought on this domain would be a library and download source for open source software.

$649 seems fair. It might be a tough sell as you're competing with all the other available gtld extensions, but it's not so bad. I like .shop, although I don't really think of making a purchase when I search for opensource, so the .shop extension isn't very appealing to me personally from that perspective.. However, it does work for a site for opensource ecommerce solutions such as woocommerce etc.. Maybe create a review blog reviewing opensource shopping carts and try to monetize it?

I was kind of surprised when I found this exact match phrase when doing research and at 480 per month @ $3 CPC And a large broad match @ $6 CPC. I thought $3 was worth the risk.
But this is why I'm getting feed back from everyone to get a feeling if it's going to be worth the $40 renewal fee.

I appreciate your input. Very helpful! I put in application for sedo domain hack auction. I'll let you know if they except it. Since the whole domain including exstension is exact match phrase on google it does make it a hack, technically. we shall see if sedo agrees. In my previous experience with sedo they seem to be very tough on entrance to their premium auction sites.Thanks

They already rejected it. It does not meet their "Quality Standards".
The only time they have excepted any of my domains is when they are aged.
Even then after they excepted one of my domains they wanted me to reduce the reserve price
and I wouldn't so they wouldn't list it. Oh well what are you going to do?

That was fast! Well good luck with it. I feel like it has potential for a shopping cart, but I'm not sure how to find a developer who hasn't yet named their software, or a developer looking for a good shopping cart name. My gut tells me that's the best end-user, but my gut has been wrong exactly 3,298 times so far.

I don't think this domain would be classified as a ''domain hack'', just good keyword match perhaps? Just keep researching and contacting end users for potential sale.
