TM issues ?

NTV.tv is obviously a very nice LLL.tv, but I would be quite worried about possible TM issues.

I mean there are many major TV channels in the world which are called "NTV" and I would be very surprised if there weren't many trademarks there.

- in Germany, NTV is a big news channel owned by the huge RTL network
- in the US, NTV (Nebraska TV) is a ABC affiliate
- in Russia, NTV is a major channel owned by the huge Gazprom state-owned company
- and many other channels in countries like India or Turkey

True, no trademark on the letter N, but what about NTV ?
I'm sure there's a trademark on abbreviations like NBC or CNN.

Well, after checking on the USPTO website, there's indeed a trademark on NTV since 2002.
Not sure the buyer is in the US though.

Other than this possible issue, it's definitely a great name, very brandable.
