Escrow type service

It would be great to have a escrow type service for np$

Say im asking to buy a service from someone, and i dont want to pay until its completed. And the other person wants the payment first, we can make a escrow that would allow us to "lock" the np$ until the project/service/domain pushed is complete.

We could have a mediation team. These people work to enforce deals. I don't know how it would work though.

I don't know if it would really be necessary, because RJ and the other admins are great administators, and after investigation if they determine you were scammed, they have the ability to, and will refund your NP $, and subtract them from the other user. Its not like with cash, where you can take it and run.
