I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

You sure do spend a lot of time commenting and researching .now for someone who dislikes the extension.
Thanks, I tend to agree with your argument. I can't see the investor angle some are talking about, the sale prices are too high to be investor driven and too many quality unregistered premium registrar domains they could of chosen for a fraction $$$.

I think it is just a great gtld and It ticks a lot of boxes . Looking forward to see how it plays out.

I know of one that was an investor. Too early to tell what the rest are. Time will tell.

Castillo Bros had an interesting perspective on this too. They were saying on X if many turn out to be investors (again none of us know, just speculating), that is not necessarily a bad thing for a new TLD. It provides a floor and also responds similarly to real estate (which has both investor and end user buyers). Obv ultimately end user adoption is key for any TLD to succeed, but it was an interesting take from someone highly invested in dot com.

I dislike premium renewals and expensive registrations, I don't want registries eating into my margins. It doesn't mean I can't go and check what is available, and since I already spent that time anyway, I don't see why I shouldn't share the results with others.

It's nice that you shared.

And I also agree, I too dislike premium renewals in all gTLDs. I own exactly two in my whole portfolio across all gTLDs. And even that makes me cringe.

Did you find any base reg .now's that you took?

Haven't even hit a year yet...

Sorry, I should have rephrased. I meant do we know if someone will have exclusivity on them when the expirations start to hit.

Radiant seems a fit based on recent sale types. Atom doesn't understand what to accept yet and denies a lot of good names while accepting lesser ones imho. Over time as more sales occur, they'll have a better idea of what to accept and we can resubmit.

I sold another .now that is registered at Spaceship yesterday on Atom.

I provided the auth code, but when I try (I've tried at least 50 times) to speed up the transfer I get this message since yesterday:

"Something went wrong. Sorry, there was a technical issue, and your request could not be completed. Please try again in 5 minutes. If you still canโ€™t proceed, contact Customer Support for further assistance"

I contacted their support and they asked me to do it on another browser on incognito mode. That didn't work, so they told me to just wait 5 days for the transfer to complete. They say it might be because of some sort of bug due to the new extension. The thing is that I didn't have any problem with reborn (.) now a couple of weeks ago.

This is my best sale ever, so I don't want the buyer to change their mind during the waiting period.

Has anyone experienced this issue with Spaceship or another registrar? If so, is there something I could do to speed up the transfer?

(PS: I'll share the sale as soon as I have the money in my account)
