I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

I can see GD supporting .now because of the commissions and such they'd make off regs. IMO they'll make more money with the commission sales on AfterNic.

You need to upgrade the domain to "plus" at 15% commission...

I upgraded 3 .now's to Plus just to see how it works. Once opted in, there is currently no way to opt out. I'm waiting to hear back from CS on how to opt out (although I have no intention of doing this at the moment, just trying to learn)

It appears all my standard listings were bumped to plus automatically. I had bought the $3 marketing exposure for all of them when they were first added.

Same here I had mine upgraded to Plus automatically, I did nothing. I did do the marketing promotion thing so maybe that, idk.

Yes, they mentioned anyone who previously paid $3 for marketing exposure would automatically get plus and would keep the 7.5% standard commission. So no harm to that

The issue for those who self upgrade to Plus is they double their commission - and there is no way to downgrade (yet).

On another note, before anyone decides to hand reg Sapphire... there is a trademark on it

mine were auto upgraded to plus I think, cause they are using retargeting ads, haven't used atom much, only afternic and sedo.
submitted a few .now to premiums to see what happens, if they reject reduce the selling price and submit again or submit again without changing anything?

I thought the same. FreshStore must have the numbers to justify the purchase. Shop .now does look visually better than FreshStore .app.
