I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Be careful with Atom's appraisals. Atom appraises much higher when the name is unregged and off its platform. Once it goes on Atom platform, and you re-appraise, the dollar amounts come way down (mostly)

true, rechecked my .now appraisals yesterday and it was almost down by 50/60 percent

Fair enough - but the point is, many are using appraisals to make buy decisions and they shouldn't as Atom is Juicing appraisals for unregged .nows and then when regged and on platform, drops them to the actual suggested price (which matches with what they accept as premium).

On another note... missed out on enforce.now by minutes!!!

Plenty of cities available but not too many at reg. price

I grabbed a dozen cities at reg price since launch (two today). Hard to find, especially larger ones that get tourism. But grabbed the ones I found. Back in the day, I sold some go/visit+city .com geos... but let those that didn't sell drop. Probably a mistake to drop, but hold times were long and sale prices weren't high.

So I am planning to develop my geos this time around. Might not work - going up against the large travel companies is tough, but we shall see.

Anyone have any recent experience with geos? Many on X hate them. Perhaps they require outbounding?
