I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

How are people doing with their premium listed .nows ?

For me views are obviously lower than with .coms which is to be expected , Shortlists lower also with the odd one on par with .coms . For my 35 premium names I have 50 Shortlists which suggests people are at least open to the idea of a .now which is pleasing . At least half of my names have no shortlists but others have 3,4, and 5 shortlists.

Obviously the logos are Ai generated so are very small and unfortunately poor quality, which is something that detracts but hopefully at least the size issue can be addressed soon. I genuinely thought Ai would be better at logos, there must be a problem with the material they are trained on as they are so poor, it doesn't seem to learn anything from all the rejected logos either. The Ai logos stand out a mile against the human designed logos. It doesn't seem to be able do logos , it must be a very human oriented skill.

My rant is over :-P but when you sit down in the morning with the plan on trying to improve your logos(the shop front) and 3 hours later the quality is still as bad as before.

You should try Grok2 on twitter(X). its $8 a month but well worth it. The logos are multiples better than the logos generated by Atom.

Don't put too much stock into views and shortlists. These stats are just other domainers. Most end buyers do not have Atom accounts and therefore cannot shortlist.

Is anyone else getting spam after registering .now names? Since they have privacy installed, how do spammers get my email and start emailing me about webservices and other crapola?

They may just be emailing the whois forwarding email

Had another approved at Atom:
Investigate /now

And picked up 4 more with the Dynadot coupon:

Respect
Courage
Illustrate
Furnish

.Now may be the best new extension, at least for now. :xf.smile:

Probably just spam - but got an Escrow transaction for one of my .nows initiated by a buyer... we shall see if they end up paying.

When someone emails through WhoIs - it just comes directly to our email - without any reference? So it looks like someone emailed directly?

Just registered Bonanza (dot) now. The word Bonanza evokes feelings of excitement, opportunity, and abundance - with numerous use cases in Gaming ( Casinos ), E-Commerce Platforms, Event Management ( Festivals, Giveaways ), and Financial Rewards…

Very interesting to see Atom thinks keyword+.now is more valuable than keywordnow.com

For example, they list
Optic.now at $10,999 whereas they list OpticNow.com at $4,499. When I first started buying I thought showing that lower priced .com would harm the potential sale price - although somewhere upthread I changed my mind about that. It appears Atom agrees keyword+.now is worth more. Of course it has yet to be seen if buyers agree.

Interesting. Do you know the domain score the Ai gave to Investigate? I had 2 names declined, one was a 7 and the other was a 6.7. I just submitted one 7.6, three 5.3's and one 5. I wouldn't submit the 5/5.3s but Atom doesn't show the ratings until after you submit for premium. Annoying.

Tbh, I haven't been checking the ai domain grader. I just submit the domains that seem like a good fit. So far 3 for 3. I tried to check the appraisal on Investigate but it is blank.
