I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

I just picked up 2 more that I would consider to be Tier B. With a deal like that, might as well.

Rapid
Cine

Solid ones. Rapid was on my Tier B list too... many sales, lots of taken TLDs. Just didn't fit the action verb thingy (although being literal is not always required and I own some adjectives where the fit seemed solid).

Came across this custom lander promoting a .now today (by Avinuity). Nice clean lander.

They picked up a bunch of .now's including creativity, magic, accelerate, and extract

Have you seen some of the prices they ask for their domains including the .now ones. Creativity for 2.5 million.

Whatsup or Whatsupnow is apparently so strong a trademark that Namecheap shows you this (after adding it to cart):

On the other hand they let you register discovery .now if you read a TM notice...

I am hopeful for .now but that seems like a placeholder number. Not even the .com's estimates are that high. :xf.laugh:

Yes, I saw it. Personally I love when domainers do that. It makes my prices look reasonable

It's only banned at NameCheap. You can actually buy it at PorkBun although there is a trademark on What'sUp. Perhaps NC is blocking it not for WhatsApp but for the WhatsUp TM

I wonder why no one bought vote.now at Porkbun, even it's $5k.
Upd: don't tell Elon.

It was a little late in the game for this upcoming election for that domain. I think it is a great one though with a good amount of usage. Some organization will pick it up and build it out.

Decided to pick up Attain at the new low NameCheap price of $20.

Due to this price reduction, double checked my list of possibilities and the following 14 are taken (not sure how long ago I checked but some likely went recently): Companion, Honest, Pioneer, BlackFriday, Titan, Vital, Pinnacle, Charm, Strike, Flare, Amazing, Verse, Interact, Boon

Strike was on my list too, it went yesterday. I regged Companion a few hours ago.:-$

Cannot be very strong/broad trademark, such a common phrase.
I think this might be Whatsapp but not TM related. Namecheap is probably just trying to prevent domain spoofing and phishing etc.

Hello NamePros Community,
Hope You’re all doing great. This is My first post on NamePros, and I’m very excited to be a part of this family. I’m very bullish about the prospects of .now extension. I registered quite a few .now domains since launch :

1. PrivateJet (.) now
2. AirTaxi (.) now
3. HomeInsurance (.) now
4. Messenger (.) now

That’s all that I have right now… Would love to hear Your insights on My domains. Thanks !!

Welcome to NP!

I disagree with the above poster, as I would definitely keep HomeInsurance. It gets a lot of keyword search matches and is a competitive CPC with high prices (see below)

I would keep messenger, but do not market it as an app or a message service or you may run into TM issues. There are myriad other uses for this dictionary word, such as a courier service.

I'd say those are your top 2. With PrivateJet coming in a distant third.
