I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Yes, interesting, nothing previously indicated that they were on sale or promo offers. Voluntary business decision or something else?

PorkBun CS was no help. The guy said "If we had a recently running promotion for .now prices, there's a chance that it ended and the regular prices became the defaults once more. This might not be the case though, as I was unable to find any scheduled promotions or notifications for TLD price changes slated for today. However, if the registry in charge of the .now TLD, which is Amazon Registry, changed prices on their end, we'll always adjust our prices to reflect the updates accordingly."

Of course I don't believe the registry made any changes as no other registrar changed prices.

He then went on to tell me that reg prices can differ from renewal - and that is what is happening here. Of course, we all know this - and it has nothing to do with the initial question i asked, which is why did prices jump after 10 days.

Either way, I moved back to Dyna for all my .now regs. As a superbulk user, I get the regs cheaper than PB now.

I had a good list of call-to-action names which didn't make it down to day 5, but from other names here's what i got:
flights.now (day 5, regd at encirca.com)
golf.now (day 5, regd at encirca.com)

After GA, I was still trying to brainstorm a bit, then got these whilst encirca was down:
chatbot.now (GA, standard pricing, regd at 101domains.com)
escape.now (GA, standard pricing, regd at dynadot.com) - probably my favorite!

Holy shit, golf and escape are !!!1

Smart to grab Golf on Day 5... I tried to get it but it was gone. In hindsight, I should've grabbed more on Day 5. This was my first new TLD drop - and I didn't exactly understand how to optimize. Probably be another 20 years before I see a TLD like this again, but, I'm ready now!

Nobl.io bought Change.now which costs $2600 per year - and they're pointing it to their website. I wonder if they plan to rebrand?

Nice, I love how quick adoption is happening! This next year will be quite interesting for .now

That's decent, both "tele" and "vision" are premiums.

I'm also out of money, and still a few more I'd like to buy. But that's probably always the case. Domainers always think the next name is the best name.

For sure! I had Gather on my list... went to get it this am, taken just before me. I think of it like this - they saved me $40. I have enough names... and whatever name I missed wasn't a pot of gold.

To be honest, but that is just for me,

the tld .now looks a bit trashy.

I don't know why, and am sure it fits with certain Keywords,
but in general I don't hold much up to it.

Just my opinion.
Agree. It's garbage.

I don't agree, you didn't even comeup with a reason, if I use the same logic I would say that .xyz is the worst but it's not, why? :)

There's nothing to argue about, they know how they feel.

Btw, there are many people who still think .xyz is garbage.
