I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Please tweet this on X , i see a lot of haters for .now there .

.

Who cares what other domainers think. The most important thing is end users are buying .now. They are all that matter.

I agree, but is it confirmed that this was an end user purchase?

Ultimately end user will win every where. Not the speculators. Because they have the right business module to match the desired domain.

You are very correct. End users who find .now relevant to their ventures shall always go for .now For instance, "buy.now" might appeal better to "buynow.com" to an end user for his/her venture. Gradual adoption of .now with its visibility stands on end user adoptions in future. Thank you all.

Only way to confirm such a thing is to wait to see if it goes live.

Just saying, i don't care if other domainers hate .now and I don't care if it doesn't get listed on NameBio, etc. All I care about is if end users buy names and launch using them. If they do that - I actually prefer other domainers hate .now and prefer it doesn't get listed on NameBio.

Many end users have bought .now via hand registration and gone live
See Rebrand.now/showcase.html & builton.now for examples

Atom has stopped accepting .now for premium (at least for me, though Sapphire yes) so it's far harder to replicate that now.

Well, they show up right at the top for the exact match (not all extensions do) even as standard with is great as that is how I see .now, a generic extension with the brand being the SLD albeit with the option to make ".now" part of the brand. So if the buyer has had a business name in mind like "Sea" they will search that first and this is the first thing they presented with.

Sometimes when you ask someone, "Will you do this in the future?" he/she can say "yes" or "no." Don't be satisfied with this answer; instead, look at what they're actually doing. The question was, "It's time to renew your .Now domains. Will you renew them or let them drop?" For the real reply, check out the Wholesale section on Atom. Very few people are offering .Now domains there for "nearly-free" prices. Currently, according to Dns.coffee there are 18.345 active .Now domains, and when Atom Wholesale is filtered by .Now, there are only 470 domains in this section. So according to these numbers, it seems 97% of everybody will renew their .Nows.

As result:

1) My mathematics behind may not be so strong but it's a good news :)

2) The question "Will you renew or drop your domain?" is wrong because the answer to this question is not just "I will renew" or "I will not renew"; there is also an answer like "I will try to sell it wholesale".

If anyone wants a list of the .nows I am not planning in renewing send me a DM and I will give my best Wholesale price for them.
