I register one domain in registar Regtons.com in 2018-3-11， I paid successfully and the order shows domain is under processing and paid status.
I sent mails to Regtons.COM | Josef Šulc <[email protected]> inquerying the process, he always said they were working on it.
I sent another email in 2018-3-16 after 5 days of the registration , regtons said order on registration has been failed because : Payment not received, timeout.
WTF, I paid successfully ， I have the order details and I have the invoice.
I replied back to them complaining about this issue， but no replies from Regtons.com anymore.
Regtons.com is just a fraud registar that I paid the domain , but domain was not registered, they cheat the customer. they seek the kidding reason reject to refund to me.
does anybody have any idea about how to do with that?
