Non English sites hosting needed...

My cousin made a site for her school project and now she want to upload it to the web, so she need a free hosting.
The host doesn't have to be big, around 100mb, maybe even less, but it has to be with no ads, and of course it has to accept non english sites.
Does anyone here offer something like that for free?

Yeah, I need the hosting to be with no ads.
Someone already offered me a free hosting, so admins/mods can close this thread.
