Fully managed dedicated web hosting offering 1000-10000 POP3 mailboxes

Hello,

I have a client that wishes to host 1000-10000 POP3 mailboxes with 100MB of space each.

Do you have a web host you would recommend that offers this kind of services?

I'm used to clients hosting their own solutions, but this one doesn't have it's own servers and has a smaller IT staff, so he doesn't wish to get its own servers and staff.

The budget is around 1000-2000$ per year.

They would need between 500-1000GB of space with 5-10TB of bandwidth. Linux hosting would be preferred.
