discuss NN.co + NNco.com: Is there value to owning both?

I recently picked up a NNco.com. I reached out to the owner, and they stated they had presently had two interested Chinese buyers in the XX,XXX range. They claim it is a lucky Chinese numeric pair.

All other NNco.com are registered.

Is there a way to estimate the value of a NNco.com, a NN.co, and the value of NNco.com + NN.co together?

Also, would that combo even be considered by Chinese investors?
