The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a lower court’s ruling in a cybersquatting case involving TRX.com. The lower court had ruled that the owner of TRX.com was not cybersquatting and awarded attorney’s fees as an exceptional case. That ruling will stand.

Pretty much bs if you ask me. How would the company have rights to TRX.com when it wasn't even their domain name to begin with? That would be like my naming my company Rodeo Dr. then suing California for squatting on my street.
