Nintendo Getting Sued

Most of you gamers have probably already heard about this. Nintendo is getting sued for the Wii controller. Supposively in 1997 a controller was released by a small California company to use for power points with a computer. The trigger action is almost identical.

They do look fairly similar, but I don't think Nintendo will have too much of a problem. If anything, I think they might reach an agreement out of court.
